Hair Products that I can’t live without!

Beauty, Hair Product

devacurl

Devacurl light defining gel Trust me, I know the word gel can be very intimidating. I normally shy away from anything even slightly resembling the product that made my hair stiff straw curls cause it was the “in” look in middle school. As long as you only use a few squeezes on a full head of hair, it doesn’t give any stiffness at all. It simply molds the hair and keeps it from going all over the place. It’s perfect when going for the air dried look that all these “magical sea salt sprays” claim to give, but hardly ever do.

oribe

Oribe Dry Conditioner– Oribe is going to be one of those brands that you will see frequently here on quirkybeauties. This product is the holy grail for dry (not wet) hair. I have always had trouble finding a good product to use on 2 day old hair besides dry shampoo, but here it is. Dry conditioner, my new best friend. A few sprays on the ends of your hair and it’s beautiful bouncy and tangle free. My hair always looks better after a round of this dry conditioner then it did when I first styled it. It almost sounds too good to be true but it is true! I swear!

garneir

Garnier Fructis Style Damage Eraser Reconstruct Butter– I’m always on the hunt for a good hair mask. I love giving my hair a good soak once a week in either a nice deep conditioner or hair mask (I’m still working on figuring out the difference, if you know please enlighten me) I use this after my regular conditioner on my wet hair in the shower, pop on a shower cap, and leave it for 5-10 minutes, depending on my patience. Once you rinse it out, your hair literally feels like butter. You should try it in order to see what I mean and for the price, it is well worth it.

its a 10

It’s a 10 Miracle Leave-in Product This product is the perfect thing for people with knotty hair like myself. It untangles your hair ridiculously fast with only a few sprays. The bottle seems small for your money, but you really don’t need to use much. I only have good things to say about the entire Its a 10 line, and this product only reinforces it. If you need a little extra help after conditioning, this will take you a long way. Oh, and it also claims to do 10 other things for your hair, but detangling is pretty much the best part.

loreal

Loreal Sulfate Free Ever Sleek Shampoo and Conditioner– To be completely honest, I usually cant tell most shampoos apart. No matter what I use, I know i’m almost always going to be slathering products in it after I get out of the shower. The only reason I purchased this set was after my keratin treatment (which I swear by) that requires me to use a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. I’m not sure if its the sulfate free part, or something else, but my hair is ridiculously smooth and shiny just upon exiting the shower. It produces a nice foamy texture and smells amazing as well. The line carries a few different types, I’ve only tried the eversleek, but if you’re looking for a good post-keratin shampoo or just looking to take the sulfate free route, this is it.
